Sheet metal stamping is a cold-forming process that uses dies and presses to shape flat metal blanks into precise, repeatable parts. At Jiafeng, our stamping line operates within our fully integrated sheet metal manufacturing facility — from blank preparation through surface finishing — so your parts move through fewer hands, fewer supply chain gaps, and tighter quality control. Whether you need simple blanked components or complex multi-stage progressive stampings, our engineering team designs the tooling to match your volume and budget.
The most cost-efficient route for high-volume parts. A coil strip advances through a series of stations — blanking, punching, bending, and forming — producing finished components at every stroke. Ideal for connector brackets, terminals, and enclosure hardware with runs from tens of thousands upward.
Blanking and piercing performed simultaneously in a single stroke, holding tight flatness and edge-to-hole positional tolerances. Suited to flat parts — gaskets, shims, washers, and instrument panels — where consistency across large quantities is non-negotiable.
We form cylindrical, rectangular, and stepped shells from flat blanks in a controlled drawing sequence. Depth-to-diameter ratios up to 3:1 are achievable across steel, aluminium, and stainless steel. Typical applications include housings, canisters, and structural cups for energy and medical sectors.
Our mechanical punch presses (45T–260T) combined with CNC punch presses (1,500 × 3,000 mm bed) deliver fast, accurate blanking and hole patterns. We optimise nesting to minimise material scrap, which directly reduces your per-part cost on larger orders.
After stamping, secondary forming is handled on Salvagnini automatic bending machines and CNC press brakes (35T–250T). Complex flanges, multi-bend profiles, and tight-radius geometry are produced to drawing — no secondary fitting or rework required at your end.
Parts too large for progressive tooling are moved station-to-station via transfer mechanisms, enabling complex three-dimensional forms from a single continuous press line. We work with your design team early to determine whether transfer or multi-slide tooling best serves your geometry and volume.
We source and stock a broad range of metals to suit structural, corrosion, weight, and conductivity requirements. All incoming materials carry mill certificates, which we retain for your documentation and compliance needs.

| Galvanised Steel | 0.5 – 4 mm | Outdoor equipment, HVAC, energy cabinets | Powder coat, direct use |
| Stainless Steel (304 / 316) | 0.5 – 5 mm | Medical, food equipment, marine | Brushed, polished, passivated |
| Aluminium Alloy (5052 / 6061) | 0.8 – 6 mm | Lightweight structures, electronics housings | Anodising, powder coat, chromate |

Our stamped components are qualified and in production across eight major end-use sectors. Each has its own tolerance stack-ups, finish requirements, and documentation expectations — and we are familiar with all of them.
From laser cutting blanks through stamping, welding, electroplating, powder coating, and electromechanical assembly — everything happens on one 100,000 m² campus. No sub-contracting for core processes means tighter lead times and single-point accountability for quality.
We design, build, and maintain our own dies. That means faster tooling iterations, lower amendment costs, and tooling stored on-site for repeat orders. Our engineers speak your language: STEP files, DXF, GD&T, and Cpk data.
CMM inspection (to 1.9 µm accuracy), 100% vision inspection on critical dimensions, ROHS analysis, and salt-spray testing up to 128 hours. Every batch ships with inspection documentation. Our quality system supports ISO-aligned customer audits.
Many clients come with a concept, not a completed drawing. Our OEM/ODM team assists with product design, material selection, and prototype validation before committing to production tooling. We protect your IP with signed NDAs and confidential tooling storage.
Located in Jiashan, Zhejiang — close to Ningbo and Shanghai ports — we ship to clients across Europe, Southeast Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. Export documentation, customs codes, and packing standards are handled by our logistics team. We have exhibited at international trade fairs and understand cross-border compliance.
Over two decades of production experience means we have seen the edge cases — springback in high-strength steel, galling in deep-drawn aluminium, galvanic compatibility questions. Our process engineers carry institutional knowledge that saves clients from costly trial-and-error. Read more about us on our company profile page.
